Innovation & Business Development Manager - Mentice

Since start of 2021, we have been working within a merged R&D / Business Development role as Innovation & BD Manager as a continuation on the Strategic Alliance’s responsibilities.

• Acting link between Sales and R&D / Product, reducing silos and bridging the gap between departments.
• Responsible for managing and driving the technical business development discussions and lead commercial project contact for all of Mentice’s Strategic Alliance Partners.
• Drive through new innovations within Imaging, Robotics & AI.
• Supporting the Sales org. with a clear view of Mentice’s IP and product suite, connecting our existing products and different technologies and through integration create new solutions to fit existing commercial market needs and develop new ones.
• With a market analysis, utilize market trends and competitor positioning to execute and develop multiyear growth strategies.
